With new changes to daily life, we’re working closely with our pros to make sure they’re making their health a priority.
We offer no-contact service visits, as well as virtual visits with comfort consultants.
We require all teams to wear facemasks and gloves when in your home. We equip every truck in our fleet with disinfectant and wipes, so they can clean surfaces and tools thoroughly while on shift. We have trained our experts on social distancing best-practices. Most importantly, we ask all of our staff to closely monitor their health, and follow CDC guidelines on identifying symptoms, medical testing, and self-isolation.
We had an issue with our A/C. The Wm Henderson office staff were very responsive and helped arrange a convenient appointment. The technician who came, Tom, was stellar. He was prompt, polite, respectful of social distancing, clean, thorough in his work, and very clear in his explanation of what the issues were and how to avoid them happening again. He really delivered high quality service and he left us with an even greater impression of trust in the company.
